You can link the post author name fields to different types of URLs using the Combo Blocks plugin. This article will help you link the post author’s name to a different URL type.
To begin, insert a “Post Author” block.
Click on the “Name” tab.
Then by clicking the Choose button select a preferred option to link with the post author’s name.
