You can display a Popup by cookies using the Combo Blocks plugin. This article will help you to display a popup by cookies.
To begin, insert a “Popup” block.
Click on the Visibility Tab and click on the Add Group button.
Then Click on the Add Condition Button to add a condition to load the Popup.
Here, choose the Cookie Exist option to make the popup display by cookies.
Now, insert Cookie’s name here.
You will find the cookie name in the console section by applying “document.cookie” this command.
