Using the Combo Blocks plugin, you can control the visibility of a form by month. This article will help you control a form’s visibility by month.
To begin, insert a “Form Wrap” block.
Then choose a form variation to make a form. For Example, I choose the contact form.
Now click on the Visibility Tab and add a visibility group rule.
Now click on the Add Condition button and choose the is Months option.
Now click on the “is Months” tab. Here are some comparisons that need to be satisfied to show the form. Select a compare condition.
Equal: The form will show on a page when the current month and the selected value is matched.
Not Equal: The form will show on a page when the current month does not equal the chosen value.
Greater than: The form will show on a page when the current month is greater than the selected value.
Less than: The form will show on a page when the current month is less than the selected value.
Greater than or Equal to: The form will show on a page when the current month is greater than or equal to the selected value.
Less than or Equal to: The form will show on a page when the current month is less than or equal to the selected value.
Between: The form will show on a page when the current month is between the given months’ periods.
Exist: The form will show on a page when the current month is matched to the selected months.
