You can control the visibility of a form for logged-in users by using the Combo Blocks plugin. This article will help you control a form’s visibility for logged-in users.
To begin, insert a “Form Wrap” block.

Then choose a form variation to make a form. For Example, I choose the contact form.

Now click on the Visibility Tab and add a visibility group rule.

Now click on the Add Condition button and choose the User Logged option.
